Your basket stays in your phone or computer's browser and is cleared after 7 days.

When you send a reservation or a prescription, the message goes from your WhatsApp to the pharmacy's number. Only the pharmacy team reads it.

A prescription contains health data. We never publish it and never pass it to anyone outside the pharmacy.
